Jason is a Chartered Psychologist and Lecturer in HRM and Psychology at Athlone Institute of Technology. Jason is co-director of the executive MBA and MBS programme. He is a chartered member of the British Psychological Society and CIPD.

My research interests include a transpersonal psychological perspective on understanding spirituality at work and the role of spirituality in understanding life events and self-transformation. I also have interests in constructivist grounded theory, social identity theory (SIT), social cognition and parapsychology.
