Professor Ciaran O’Cathain :Welcome Address

Denise Dolan, Careers Office AIT : Presentation on the Role of the Careers Office in engagement with and development of students.

Marie Louise O’Donnell: Reflection and discussion of her publication “Irish Working Lives” - a reflective piece about employment from a social, historical and political perspective and how the way we work defines or limits us as a society.

Sinead English: Presentation and review of her publication “CV & Interview 101” - a review of approaches,tactics and standards for students to apply when looking for employment - preparing new entrants for dynamic career opportunities

Jane Burns AIT Institute Librarian: Presentation on National Celebration -Library Ireland Week. Highlighting AIT Library engagement with learning materials and resources for students and teaching&learning. Also included is the pivotal role of AIT Library to Research Outputs and Impacts.

Q & A and panel discussion

Refreshments at 10:30 am

Authors will have copies of their books for sale and signing on the day and parking is available under the International Sports Arena (€3).
