Estates Overview

The Estates Department manages and operates the built environment and infrastructure at Technological University of the Shannon from a strategic to operational level. The Midlands Campus is currently comprised of 49 acres of grounds, containing over 64,000 square metres of building stock. It is the Estates Department role to ensure the successful operation of the campus, buildings and infrastructure. This involves providing and managing the following facilities management and other services:
