Estates Overview

The Estates Office manage and operate the built environment and infrastructure at Athlone Institute of Technology from a strategic to operational level. The AIT Campus is currently comprised of 49 acres of grounds, containing over 64,000 square metres of building stock. It is the Estates Office role to ensure the successful operation of the campus, buildings and infrastructure. This involves providing and managing the following facilities management and other services:
