Technological University of the Shannon provides a range of both mobile and fixed video conferencing equipment that are used within the Institute to facilitate meetings, training and research interests.

The video conferencing facilities are available for use (by agreement) by third parties for meetings / events, subject to availability. For booking information, please contact the Bookings Office on (090) 648 3018 or bookings@ait.ie.

TUS requires that a test VC session is conducted with the remote site(s) at least two working days in advance of the actual meeting / event so please bear this in mind if you need to organise a Video Conferencing session.

GDS (Global Dialling Scheme) numbering system exists including most of Irish third-level insitutions, using a format similar to telephone numbers (E.164). Further details of the HEANet GDS numbering may be found here.
