Life @ TUS

We want you to really enjoy your time at TUS Athlone campus and to feel supported and encouraged from the first moment you thought of studying with us, to your graduation and beyond.

It may be that you need help finding a programme of study. Do you need information about fees or exams?

Whatever your needs, our Registry staff are here to help and support you every step of the way.

Student Health & Well-Being

Our Student Counselling Service is here to support you and offer a blend of both in-person & online appointments.

We offer a Walk-In service between 2pm & 3pm each day. This is a drop-in service and no appointment is needed. The Student Counselling Service is located in the Student Health Centre which on the first floor of the Count John McCormack building.

Our Student Health Service provides professional, confidential and courteous medical care to all registered students and apprentices, Monday-Friday during the academic year.

Scholarships & Funding

Third-level education is expensive. Students can sometimes experience financial difficulties which can impact on their ability to study effectively. Whether it’s help getting a laptop or info on how to access the Student Assistance Fund, please reach out; we’re here to help and support you.
