Guidelines for Final Papers
- The selection of papers will be made in accordance with a double-blind review process whereby the reviewers are not aware of the authors’ identities.
- All papers should reflect the reviewers' comments which you have received for the abstract. These should also form the content of your revised abstract.
- Selection criteria include theoretical and empirical significance, methodological soundness, technical competency and logical clarity.
- The scientific committee reserves the right to reject papers that are not scientifically sound or are not in line with the submission specifications / guidelines.
- If accepted, at least one of the authors must register for the conference.
- There will be a bursary of €500 for the best paper of the conference, kindly sponsored by Tourism Ireland.
Guidelines for submission of papers:
- All papers must be submitted electronically as a file attachment no later than 15th April 2011 to thric.ait@gmail.com
- The email must include the full title of the research paper and the names and affiliations of all author(s). Give the full address, telephone number of the author(s) and email address for all future correspondence and amendments.
- Please submit your revised abstract and final paper in seperate files.
- On the attached document (paper and revised abstract), authors should omit all personal identification details for blind reading.
- Final papers should be between 4,000 to 6,000 words (including references).
- Keywords: Four to six key words.
- The format for the paper is as follows:
- Submit in Microsoft Word format.
- Page layout: margins 3cm on all sides – All text should be justified.
- Font: Times New Roman, Body of the text - Size 12, Headings – 14.
- Line Spacing - single.
- Referencing – Harvard style.
