Midlands Innovation and Research Centre to Exhibit at Start and Grow Business Expo
The Midlands Innovation and Research Centre (MIRC) will be amongst the exhibitors at the Start and Grow business expo in Portlaoise on 8 October.
The event is aimed at those who are planning to start a new business, looking for new ideas for a new venture or seeking advice, support or new opportunities for their business.
Exhibitors from across the enterprise support and development area will be present at the event in the Portlaoise Heritage Hotel. During the day there will be three themed seminars:
- START seminar 11am-12 noon
- GROW seminar 2-3pm
- MARKET OPPORTUNITIES seminar 4-5pm
Up to ten
mentors will be available to meet attendees on a one-to-one confidential basis.
New products and technologies to start or grow a business – including
some being developed by AIT’s research institutes – will be displayed in the “ideas
zone”.
