The main aim of this course is to assemble a high quality art and design portfolio. Students who have previously completed this course have been accepted onto full-time degree courses at AIT, the National College of Art & Design, Galway Mayo Institute of Technology and other third level institutions. The course gives students the opportunity to develop and explore their creativity through a series of varied art and design experiences.
The course has a practical structure, which gives the student a focused and solid grounding in a range of art and design techniques.Materials – All materials are provided excluding sketchbooks and portfolio case.
